Egelhoff Lawn Mower Service, Inc.

In 2013, I decided to get a new snow blower since mine was almost 15 years old. I had gone to another local dealer located on Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls and purchased the snow blower. I wanted to upgrade but make sure that it was a machine I could handle. Turned out, they sold me a machine I could not handle. It didn't even have a turning wheel. When I tried to trade that one in after only 3 attempts to use it, they offered me next to nothing for an almost brand new machine. I felt totally taken advantage of as a woman.
Before the 2014 winter, I approached another local dealer closer to my home, Egelhoff. While they did not sell me the machine, nor did they sell those machines from their store, they offered me a better trade-in deal than the people from Menomonee Falls. Yes, I still lost money on the entire purchase but I lost a lot less dealing with Egelhoff. And they took on the risk of trying to sell the used machine so I thought their offer was fair. I ended up purchasing a new snow blower from Egelhoff and it was so much easier for me to handle.
I wanted to write this review to let everyone know that unlike the dealer in Menomonee Falls, the people at Egelhoff are honest and fair people that provide great service. They deserve the community’s business.
