We are responding to your letter to us about [redacted] TitleIt was mailed to the address that she provided to us very shortly after buying the car She moved to another apartment in the same building But did not provide us with her new addressThe title was already mailed to her when she called about the title We told her it had been mailedThen at that time she said she moved to a new apartment in the same building but failed to inform us before we mailed her title We have tried to track her title with the post office They told us that they was unable to deliver the title to the address we had for herThey at the post office, said it would be sent back to us but it has not arrived So after calling many time s they told us it has been lostSo we have applied for a duplicate title for her and when the title arrives to us we will call her so she can pick it up in our office We are sorry for her inconvenience but we only had the information she provided.Thank you for your time and help in clearing this upWarm regards, Bill ***
