I am totally sold on EForms! Their customer service and products are the absolute best. I presented my problem that was one that I created and they replied immediately and solved the problem. I will recommend them to people that I come in contact that can use their products.
Thank you for your comments and feedback! We are happy our Customer Support Team was able to assist you, and we appreciate your recommendation.
The customer service was amazing. When we had a concern and needed something corrected, it was handled quickly and professionally.

EForms is the type of business that I aspire to own or at least be part of. I signed up for their services with the intention to cancel it prior to the 7 days free expiration but I forgot. However, it took less than 30minutes for them to respond to my request and refunded my Papal account the full amount charged! This entity makes me believe that there are still amazing people and services out there. Just be upfront and ask for help and you may get it. They thought me simple kindness and it will stick with me forever. If I am in need of their services again, I will pay full price for it because they deserve it! Thank you Axel!
Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback. We strive to always surpass our customer expectations and are happy that you had a pleasurable experience. We hope to see you again soon!
They have been charging my paypal account $15.00 a month since August 2018 with not resolution stating that I provided authorization for automatic pay
Started with transaction # 2DXXXXXXXNXXXXXXX back in August 2018 thru June 3, 2020 Transaction # 78GXXXXXXGXXXXXXN. I have deleted it finally from the automatic payments hoping that this will stop it. I have emailed several times with no resolution to ***@eforms.com. I never approved auto payments for this.
$15.00 each month = $345.00
I would like reimbursed for these charges.
Reimbursement of $15.00 each month = $345.00 for something not authorized.
Good morning,
In an attempt to address and resolve this issue, I called the customer directly on Friday, June 5, 2020 and left a voice mail. I followed up to my call the same day with an email. Though we never received a cancelation request from this customer over the lifetime of her subscription, I went ahead and processed a refund in her favor to help resolve this matter. The customer replied to my email stating they received a credit back to her account. I confirmed I refunded the maximum amount allowable per our merchant's policy (charges incurred dating back 180 days), and I sent the refund confirmation receipts for her records.
I've included my original message below in an effort to share our updates to hopefully offer some resolution on this matter.
ORIGINAL EMAIL:
Good morning,
My name is ***, and I am the Customer Support Manager with eforms.com. I just left you a voice mail to discuss your recent Revdex.com complaint and review your account history with our company. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I wanted to go over what I can do to help resolve this matter.
I had a chance to review your account history, and I confirmed that this account, associated with ***@xxxxxxxx.net, signed up for a Monthly Subscription Plan on July 27th, 2018, when an XXXXXXXXXXXXXX was successfully downloaded. At the conclusion of the 7-Day Free Trial, a recurring billing of $15/month begins until canceled per our Terms of Use, and our system automatically sends out a receipt notification of this charge via email each billing cycle. We accept cancelations via email, phone, live chat, or manually on the website. In your Revdex.com complaint, you state that you emailed several times with no resolution to ***@eforms.com; however, we have no record of any cancelation requests until we received notification of the Revdex.com complaint yesterday, 06/04/2020. We searched our communication logs from the information provided in your claim, as well as your account, and there is no record of any correspondence from your various emails or phone number. I've attached a copy of the account's activity log for your files.
Nevertheless, I understand that you were not aware that you subscribed to the Monthly Subscription Plan and were being continuously charged. I went ahead and refunded you $90.00 to your PayPal account for the six (6) charges incurred dating back 180 days, the maximum timeframe allowable for a refund through PayPal. I understand that this is not the total that you are looking for, and I wish I could help you further, but I am not eligible to refund anything beyond the 180-day mark due to PayPal policy. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund(s) to appear in your account.
I did everything I could do in regards to a refund, but if you are dissatisfied with the refunds we provided, then I would advise you to contact PayPal's Dispute Center for more information. You can submit a case to dispute the additional charges directly. You can find more information on how to contact PayPal in the information at the bottom of this email.
We strive to provide excellent service to our customers, and your feedback plays an integral role in our growth and continued success. As I have done everything within my power to resolve this issue to the best of my ability, it would mean a great deal to us if you were to remove your Revdex.com complaint.
I thank you for your support, and if you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to reach back out to me by replying to this email or call me directly on my cell at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Thank you,
***

The Revdex.com reviews associated with eForms have been very helpful. It is not very apparent on the eForms website that there is a fee charged after using the form-filling software to complete the template for a Will on-line (you have to go to the bottom of the page and click on "Pricing"); however, as was mentioned in this forum, there is a template available for free download on the initial page that is provided in three different formats (PDF, Word, ODT). It looks to be a bare-bones type of Will/document, but for me, it will suffice.
Thank you for your review. As mentioned, we offer all of our legal documents for you to download, free of charge, without having to enter any personal information. We are happy that the template you downloaded will suffice for your needs at this time. If you ever would like to take advantage of our form-filling software, we do offer various paid options as well. Our Monthly Subscription Plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial period if you'd like to try the software before continuing with the subscription. We hope to see you again soon!
Advertises free forms for one month but when you try and get your forms they want you to pay. Say you can cancel anytime. I wouldn't try it.
Hello ***
I emailed you to better explain the situation because I think there may be some confusion with your review. I do apologize for the misunderstanding but we do not advertise free forms for one month. We do, on the other hand, have a Monthly Subscription with a 7-Day Free Trial that can be canceled via email, chat, or phone support.
We offer all of our forms for Free, as blank templates, that can be downloaded without having to input any information whatsoever. Nevertheless, I emailed you copies of your documents, as well as the blank templates, free of charge! I hope this answers any concerns you may have had. We are here to help, so please do not hesitate to contact us!
False Advertising at it's finest. You pick out a "FREE" form, fill it out and 5 minutes later go to print and you must pay $45 to print it. How is this legal?

I went to the site to write a will. Only when I was finished and trying to print was I told that I needed to pay! Even when I set up an account, there was no mention of a charge. Consumers should have prices upfront so they can make a choice. I deleted my will, but all that personal info is now on their site. BEWARE! Very shady practices.
I searched to make a will and landed on the site. It was not until I went to print that a pop-up came and requested payment to print. I created an account to save it, and still, no messages or information at least that I saw telling me that I would have to pay, or else I would not have filled out the will with all of my personal information. I cannot explain our two versions of my story, but this is what happened to me on your site. People should be warned, when they begin adding personal information, that they will have to pay to print (in my opinion only). I appreciate your business model, but just not the tactic.
Thank you.
Their terms seemed pretty upfront to me. Maybe they have changed them since the other reviews were posted. But I have subscribed to the annual service since I anticipate using many more forms. I liked the layout for individual states and explanation of the forms needed.
We value our customers' opinions and appreciate any insight that helps improve our service. Thank you very much for your feedback!
Turns out that after you go though the lenghtly tasks of filling out all of your personal information, which they now have possession of, when it comes time to print or download you have to leave a credit card for their 'trial period' which, in most cases of billing, never ends well. (as described in many web reviews of eforms.com)
This is a 'little detail' that should be stated upfront before you turn over so much personal information.

Not trustworthy! I signed up for a "FREE 15-day Trial" FAIL!!
Maybe their days are more compressed then mine? On the 8th day they charged my credit card the $15 for the first month of a subscription I was planning on cancelling!

I found this business very easy to work with.

Not up front with the fact that you can only use their free form one time after that it is a
$15 a month service. When I called about the termination problem they advised that I
will have to pay the one month because I didn't use a different E-mail address. These
terms should be at the beginning of the terms of agreement not hidden in the middle.
Will call my credit card and advise them to contest.
