I filed my taxes using efile.com My state tax was accepted but the Federal tax file was rejected I follow the online instructions provided by efile via their support site and it did not resolve the issueI sent emails to efile.com directly via their website using their form requesting assistance and never received anything back from themI tried to login to their site and it wont allow me to log in, ever after resetting my password This company has the worst customer support service availableThey do not post a phone number to contact them eitherI still need to complete my federal tax file have not been able to complete due to the reasons stated previouslyEfile took my payment for their service and never provided any support Please help
