A Tech came out to find the problem the system wasn't working he said it was a disconnect Fox he came back the next day said he wasn't gonna charge for the service call for the Box and then charged us a different amount than the invoice we called the company and now they're cinesa new invoice that they made up and we would please like some help with this Felt like they were priced galloping Don't feel like the Tech had a licens could not provided
This dispute has been settled the company has treated us very well after the response we are very satisfied with the courtesy and the response that the company has give us.
