Chungsoo J. Lee, the non-attorney sole proprietor, advertises his representation services online through his website which targets vulnerable individuals seeking justice in employment discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation claims throughout the United States. I paid Mr. Lee $3000 for services he did not render. He was unprofessional, non-responsive and has refused to return my money. Mr. Lee does not have a service contract, he promised to provide multiple services for the $3000 and then once I paid he did virtually nothing - he did not represent me in mediation, he did not write any of the documents promised and what he did do was extremely unprofessional (e.g.poor writing skills, lack of attention to details resulting in poor communications with third parties in my behalf). He routinely advised me incorrectly, lied, failed to read emails, failed to familiarize himself with my allegations asked for the same information multiple times, failed to respond to deadlines, failed to respond to emails and then complained I was sending him too many emails when I was literally pleading for him to do the work I paid for. On several occasions he pointed out how much cheaper he is than an attorney. More than anything, what Mr. Lee did was unkind. I was desperate, needed help, could not afford an attorney and he took advantage. I wiped out my savings to pay Mr. Lee. It is hard to understand how someone could be so cruel.
