Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We had a family issues and was out of town and was not home to call them and let them know what was going onWe called as soon as we couldThe check engine light is on and the there is still a sweeping soundWe contacted them within days which is what [redacted] told us to doIt was not a week it was daysWhy should be pay to have a car fixed when they have even lied about their warrentyWe are very unhappy with their professionalismWhen you are passed between peole and no one can give you a straight answer because they have lied to from the startI have a bleeding ulcer and I am sorry that this had to be dealt with instead of contacting you about a car! We at *** *** *** Like to make our customers happy. We did not hear about this problem until this weekWhen they bought the BMW the customers were told that if they have some problem with the car within a week to give us a call and see what we can doThe fact that they didn't call
us until almost a month after doesn't show their willingness to call us immediatelyWe feel we are doing what we can for the BMWWe had our mobile mechanic look at it and we could not duplicate the sound the customer said it was makingWe would like to remind all parties that they purchased the car as is and with a warrantyI have provided extra copies in this responseWe will always stand with our customers because we believe in a good relationshipPlease come in or call us so we can help if we can

I am rejecting this response because:We had a family issues and was out of town and was not home to call them and let them know what was going on. We called as soon as we could. The check engine light is on and the there is still a sweeping sound. We contacted them within 30 days which is what [redacted] told us to do. It was not a week it was 30 days. Why should be pay to have a car fixed when they have even lied about their warrenty. We are very unhappy with their professionalism. When you are passed between 3 peole and no one can give you a straight answer because they have lied to from the start. I have a bleeding ulcer and I am sorry that this had to be dealt with instead of contacting you about a car!
