Edward/Daniel Weatherproof coatings

While preparing my driveway for asphalt coating and repair they broke my patio door glass.
The person who was broke the glass told me he would contact his insurance and they would take care of the problem. After numerous phone calls with no answer one person answered and told me him and his insurance person would come by to my residence on a Friday. They never showed up!
Then I again called their phone number numerous times but they never returned the call.
I then contacted my Home Owners Insurance to see if they would cover the loss but later on found out that my deductible would be to great to repair just my patio door glass. So I contacted some company to repair the door glass myself. So all in all they money to repair the problem will be coming out of my own funds.
