Review: [redacted] was hired to be our wedding photographer for our May 2015 wedding. We ordered a package deal that included a wedding album. While [redacted] completed all of his responsibilities prior to the wedding and at the wedding, it was after the wedding and after he was completely paid, that he did not fulfill our contract. He was very slow to get back to us on when we would be getting our pictures on a disc, like we were promised. We finally got those 5 months after the wedding. He finally then agreed to meet with me in late October to go over which album cover I would like and he specifically said it would take 10 days to get the album to me. It is now mid-March....4 1/2 months later and I still have not received my album. My mom and mother-in-law have also purchased an album from him that they have yet to receive. Many of my family members have called [redacted] and have gotten no response. This is very unprofessional in my opinion that he has not even had the courtesy to call us back.Desired Settlement: All I would like to see happen is for [redacted] to fulfill his end of the contract and deliver our 3 albums to us. If he cannot do that, then we would like our money refunded. The albums are very important to us and if he can't get them to us, we would like to have someone else do them.
