Review: In March 2014 I requested repair services on a Miniature Porcelain Figure I own. This porcelain figure has been in our family for two generations and because of a broken piece on the figure we decided to have Boehm Porcelin make the repair.Through initial correspondence with [redacted] at Boehm Porcelin, we all agreed the repairs could be made and the repaired figure could be returned in a matter of several weeks.After months of waiting; correspondence and telephone calls were initiated to find out when the figurine was going to be repaired / returned. It didn't take but a few email and telephone calls before all return correspondence / telephone calls from Boehm Porcelain stopped.So as of today, Boehm Porcelain still has my figurine and I have no idea of when I will either have my property returned; repaired or not.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the return of the porcelain figure in the same condition as sent. The only part of the figurine that was damages was a broken 'beak' on the bird. I do have photographs of the figurine 'as-sent' to Boehm Porcelin.
