Review: My wife and I were married on July 28th, 2012. As part of the photography package that was purchased, a photo album was one of the products included in the package. To date we have not yet received the photo album. Edward Fox, specifically [redacted], was contacted on June 25th, 2013. At that time, we were informed that the manufacturer for the photo album was behind, and he would contact us in 2 weeks as it should only be another 2 weeks; he mentioned that a "Rush Order" was put on our photo album at that point. He never called back. Another phone call was made to [redacted] on the week of August 5th. We were told that [redacted] was on vacation that week; his voice mailbox was not accepting any messages. Another employee within the Edward Fox agency, [redacted], stated she emailed him informing him my wife and I were attempting to contact him; no response was made by him from that correspondence. Another email directly to [redacted] was made on August 13, 2013. To date, there has not been any response nor have we received the photo album. Our wedding was over a year ago.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for the value of the wedding photo album that was purchased as we have not yet received it despite the wedding occurring over a year ago.

I spoke with [redacted] on 8/16/13 and we have agreed on a refund of money due to
Manufactures delay. They should have their album and the refund within the next 7-10
business days.
