** did the Sales tax for my business for three years. I received a garnishment against my wages this year because my income taxes were never filed. After repeated calls to ** that were either ignored or I was told that he'd "have to check the files", I still have not received the paperwork necessary to do my OWN income taxes. We finally received an audience with Mr. [redacted] only to receive the 2009 income taxes completed, incorrectly I might add, and another charge of $180.00 for them. Now I owe $500 for the sales taxes and one income tax return. I sent ** $100 to start the payment process as he is holding my tax information hostage until I pay him. I cannot afford to pay more as the government is taking 25% of my wages out for taxes and fees that I would not even owe if they had been filed promptly. He still will not answer my calls or emails.
