I refunded for the error a while agoIn addition to the refund I also told her to just keep the pair of earrings she was sent in error I did not request for them to be mailed back as is common practice but this was my error so I let her keep them and refunded itThank you

After looking into
my ***, I do see that I was refunded $on February 6, 2018, however, I did not receive a written response/email/notification clarifying how the problem would be solved I have attached a pictures showing the last contact that I had with the business I was never told to keep the extra earrings or anything of the sort
