I worked with Kobi and he was very informative. I am sometimes skeptical of places that cold call but he reassured me by answering every questioned I had in detail and with transparency. They also were supportive and worked with me and my current financial situation/budget. Overall good place with good helpful people.

This is in regards to your employee Kobi G. He was awesome to work with! He made sure I understood exactly what I was signing up for and did his best to help lower my monthly payments, so that I can start the loan forgiveness program. He was very patient and took the time to listen and relate to my not-so-fun loan story.
My loans went into default in 2016, Nelnet bought them, I was told my 4 loans would be consolidated after the default has ended. It's now 4 years later and Nelnet never did what they said, but did put me on a $0/mon. income-based driven plan that would have me paying nearly an additional $9,000 in interest by the end of the 25 year plan. Which Nelnet claimed to be my best option, since my loans weren't consolidated, I didn't qualify for loan forgiveness through them. Educational Preparation Services Inc. (EPS) will be saving me $15,000, plus interest, after a 2.5 year forgiveness program. All I need to do is make the minimum monthly payments. Did I mention they even worked with me to keep those monthly payments as low as they could?
I honestly wasn't going to call EPS back, I heard the voicemail and figured this has to be a scam. I'm so happy I was wrong! I definitely will be telling my boyfriend to give your company a call to see if you can help him with his loans as well! Thank you so much for your help Kobi and the EPS team! You guys are a God sent!

Natasha has helped me a lot with my student loan forgiveness program and helping me set up my payment information.
