Ed's Seamless Gutters

Review: Ed was hired to surface my front door concrete stairs with Restore. Ed was told the stairs had to be chipped and made rough in order for the Restore to adhere properly. He did not properly prepare the steps so the Restore did not adhere. When I returned home that day and pointed out to Ed that he did not clean the steps first, he assured me it would be fine when it dried. Within a few months, the steps were flaking badly and looked worse than before he did any work. He also used Restore on my deck. He did very sloppy work and Restore is splattered on the house siding. Some of the deck railings were not even done. I have made over 12 calls to Ed. He returned my first call and said he would be here to check out the stairs and deck. Did not come or call. Since then I have called and left messages more than 12 times Talked with his wife and she said he was very busy but would call me. My last call to him was a message on Sept. ** that I was contacting the Revdex.com but still no reply. I have a list of all the dates that I called.Desired Settlement: Since Ed will not even return my calls, I would like a refund so I can pay someone else to fix the problems.
