Review: Rhino is to clean our library 4 days a week, and sometimes, without warning, phone call, etc., no one shows up. They've also stopped sending us bills. I have tried contacting them through email several times with no reply. I also have tried their telephone number and no one answers (it states that their office is closed - but clearly gives their hours of business as M through F 9am til 5pm and I am calling between those days and hours).Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation as to what's been going on. Are they going out of business? Did they change their email and not notify anyone? Why no bills?
