EDP Painting Company

I had my house painted from above company in November 2019, work was okay. I paid 50% in advance and received *THE RECEIPTbefore the job been done. As per agreement I paid off full balance due (another 50%) when job was completed .I am still waiting for RECEIPT of full payment, I called and sent massage requesting for receipt, no answer.MAY BE THIS IS A COMMON PRACTICE OF THE COMPANY.
