Review: For 1 week Holidays in Oct 2013 in NY City I rented an appartment via "WIMDU" in Internet.On August **th [redacted],owner of the appartment in Manhattan and Chairman of Edoardo Residential INC asked me for a deposit of 500 Dollar,which I sent to the banc account of Edoardo Residential .Shortly afterwards "WIMDU" cancelled the aggreement because of Problems and the reliability with the owner.[redacted] told me via mail ,that me and my Family could stay in the appartment for the same Price.But shortly before our departure to NY ,he told me ,that we could not stay in the rented appartment and offered me an appartment on the other side ofthe Hudson River for the same amount.We did not accept and finally stayed in a Hotel.Since that time I try to get back the 500 Dollar deposit from [redacted] resp.[redacted]Residential.In his mails he makes a lot of excuses ,but I do not have the 500 Dollars back until now.Can you help?Thank you in advanceDesired Settlement: Pay back the amount of 500 Dollars deposit to my banc accout in Germany.[redacted] resp.Edoardo Residential knows the number of my banc account
