ARCpoint Labs provides Accurate, Reliable and Confidential drug testing to both employers and individuals. Our lab techs are trained using the most effective ways of obtaining specimens. Our protocol for collecting hair is to clean the device both before and after
each use. We also utilize scissors, disposable razor or clippers as appropriate. In this case as well as all hair tests we clean the clippers in front of the donor to ensure they can verify the clippers were clean. For reasons of privacy and confidentiality, we are not able to share details around the results of the drug testing we conduct. However, based on the tests conducted prior to and after this one, we see no evidence of cross contamination. We take feedback very seriously and welcome comments or questions anytime.
