Ms. [redacted]'s services were disconnected due to non-payment of a renewal of hosting fees in February or possibly March 2017. The original invoice for renewal fees was sent to her email in November 2016. Ms. [redacted] constantly changed email addresses for contact, which made communication impossible....

She's used [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]Original invoice was for $682.50. Ms. [redacted] paid a deposit of $390.00, with $292.50 remaining. There's also an invoice for the renewal fees of $73.50 that hasn't been paid.Currently, I no longer have access to Ms. [redacted]'s website, and haven't for some time. In her complaint Ms. [redacted] offers the following terms: "Create a carrousel (8 links with images provided) List counselling packages and prices Link [redacted] to services (find out about US [redacted] as well) Create a tab for Faves on the resource page Add [redacted] account"Half of her solution to this issue wasn't even on the original work order. The addition of her [redacted] account is actually fixing the [redacted] widget for [redacted] that stopped working. This is something that broke after work began. So would be at an additional cost. Also "finding out about US [redacted] as well" is again, additional work not described in the original work order.This job should have taken no less than 3 weeks at maximum, but it's been on my books since November 12, 2015. Only recently has Ms. [redacted] contacted me for access to an email account that is no longer on my server. I've considered this job abandoned by user since 02/15/17.Peter S[redacted]
