[redacted] signed up with us a number of years ago and has signed up on a number of contracts in that time. He last signed a 12 month contract in our martial arts program. The contract states that the payments must be made regardless of the...
students attendance. [redacted] requested to be put on hold for a certain amount of time and one of my staff members did put him on hold for the requested time. After that amount of time the payments came off hold and automatically started charging him again.
Mr. [redacted] contacted us by e mail saying that he was charged again. My staff member emailed him back stating that, yes he was charged again and that was his final payment.
It seems that [redacted] thinks someone took out his billing info and charged him again knowing that he was not attending, however it's all done by a computer system so when the on hold deadline comes up it automatically starts billing again. If he would've called in time to ask for more time on the hold the staff member would've obliged. But before we could respond to it further he started to e-mail rude and obnoxious emails so we stopped responding.

I am actually very surprised by Mr. [redacted] behaviour. He was always respectful when he was in his classes. If Mr [redacted] would of called and asked to be put on hold longer. We could of been done. Even though we did not have to. We could've also had Mr. [redacted] make up his classes at a later date.
[redacted] But of course he can call and arrange to get a refund for his T-shirt.

Thank you for your response. Here are my notes.

This is false, they made it clear there were no other options available. My initial request was to be put on hold until October 2015. This request was raised months in advance of the deadline and documented in email. Instead, Rebecca informed me that I was lucky to have a two month suspension at all because it is against their policy to allow suspensions in the first place.
Looking at the other Revdex.com complaints I would say this is consistent with their behavior towards students.

This will not happen. It has been nine months since the t-shirt order was placed. Nothing has been delivered, nor have I received my refund. I have the original invoice from November 2014 and email thread where Edmonton MMA confirmed twice that they would give me my money back. To date nothing has materialized. [redacted]
