Rolled Up Fliers
I've already put in a few complaints about this, but it hasn't been resolved. Nothing has changed. We finally got our flyers delivered into our mailbox instead of trying to read wet flyers. Thank you. BUT, I've complained a few times now about our flyers being rolled up really tight and held with elastics. We can't read these flyers because they can't be straightened out. Even just folded once in half would be a huge improvement to the rolled up flyers. Thank you

We have investigated the complaint and looked at out complaint historyYes it is true that the home owner has complained times in the past ranging from to last complaint on file was November 30, The address is listed as a "Do Not Deliver" and is on the lists as suchWe believe the issue here is that this route is delivered by a "special needs" carrier who has been delivering for many yearsThe problem is that the carriers needs a worker assigned to them at all times and unfortunately the worker has changed numerous timesIt appears that the issue is good for a few months and then we get another complaintWe have spoken to the society that looks after this person and they will try and be more diligentThe only other option is to terminate the carrierWe apologize this is happening, but we can also appreciate the challenges facing this routeIf complainant demands that we terminate the carrier, then we will do so Thank you

I have never seen this complaint before, but will look into the history to see what is happening and provide additional response

As these are independent contractors and not employees of the Flyer Force, we will relay a message to the distributor and advise of the request from the home owner

We have been in contact with this client and have relayed all results throughout this processWe are an *** accredited facility and as such, we have various processes to follow to ensure complianceWe have processes within the facility as well as in the fieldWhile the product is being inserted
through our insertion machines, we pull random samples to ensure insertion and all audit samples show that the flyer was in fact inserted into the appropriate packagesUpon delivery to the areas as requested, we have *** auditors in the field and the results of this audit was 99.2% delivery performanceThe auditor does not check for specific flyers, but does ensure flyer package delivery was completeWe have relayed these results to the client and she alleges that there were some of her clients stating they never receivedWe asked for specific addresses so that we could investigate and only one address was supplied and that was of the client herselfWe investigated to find out that the client was a non-delivery address and that she asked to be restarted the day prior to deliveryRestarts take one week when you are dealing with a weekly deliveryThe client did not receive her flyers on January 26th as the carrier did not receive the restart as of that timeWe never assume and did not express that her clients were not truthful, we simply investigated the areas and found that all our processes were followed and the results showed that the products was delivered
