Edmond Furniture Gallery has given you several options outlined by Paladin  to remedy your complaints.  You chose not to accept any of the resolutions provided to you.  These included replacing all of your covers that you had issues with, or sending couch back to Paladin to have it...

re-done.  You did not have sofa delivered therefore, we have no duty for transportation of product between Edmond Furniture Gallery  and your home.  Furthermore, until now any correspondence you have sent to Edmond Furniture Gallery was directed to an incorrect email address: [redacted]@edmondfurnituregallery.com.  You now have my correct email.  At this point Edmond Furniture Gallery will provide the warranty service provided from Paladin and outlined in their warranty,  so your claim that Edmond Furniture Gallery and Paladin are not standing behind your product are invalid and without merit.  Please let us know which option outlined you would like to proceed with.  Lastly, I was in the process of trying to accommodate you by having sofa picked up, at my cost, from Wichita and sent back to Paladin, but you decided to slander our company on social media before I had the chance to have this done.  This option is now off the table.
