I am responding to a letter received from your Division of the Revdex.com of PA, Complaint ID [redacted] dated March 10, 2015 that you mailed to [redacted], West Chester, PA. First and foremost, I do not make guarantees for credit scores, which is his statement. It is even stated in our contract that we do not make guarantees and that we clearly state that this is something they can do for themselves if they choose to do so, enough of that stuff.
I as a good businessman will refund them $149.00 as we refund all except our consultation fee. Although this happens very infrequently, will definitely honor his request of a refund as well as your request. The business has been in the process of being sold with a tentative barrier needing to be resolved between the purchasing party and myself. I am now employed by another company since January 5, 2015.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused anyone, especially [redacted]. I am not located at the address above, so anything in the future needs to be mailed to [redacted], Downingtown, PA [redacted].
I kindly thank you for the mailing and it will be addressed within the next 21 days. It states that a client must notify us in writing of cancelation of services and that we will refund his funds within a 30 day period.
