application however she did not sign the application. Our recordsindicate the primary insured called in on 10/03/2014 and was transferred to the account executive who wrotethe application with PIU. On 10/06 2014 our records indicate the client was called and a message was left onthe answering machine for the missing information. Per the desired settlement statement 111 was alreadyapproved" that is not true as we never received a signed application and approval after that. PIU is the ·coverholder in question and lloyd's would be doing business through them not eDisabilityQuotes directly. Theclient was not scammed by PIU or eDisabilityQuotes. Review: I was looking for Long Term Disability Insurance. I located a Broker from eDisability Quotes (www.edisabilityquotes.com) and she informed me that they had a policy for high risk people. I wanted to make sure the company was legit. [redacted] stated the insurance is being written by a company named Petersen International Underwriters (PIU). Here is the info: [redacted]Toll Free: [redacted]Phone: [redacted]Fax: [redacted]website: [redacted]Her name is [redacted]. She is an eAdvisor. Her Direct number : [redacted] and eQuotes numberT: [redacted]Her email is [redacted]On 10/3/14, she submitted my application. It indicated that I was approved for the [redacted] Long Term Disability plan. Then on 10/7/14, she emailed me a payment form on 10/7/14 to sign and to give my account number. I had a few questions regarding the form. So I called her direct line and then her cell. She never responded back to me. So I contacted Peterson International. They are the underwriters for [redacted]. I wanted to verify was eDisability a legit business. They never responded back with me. I thought she was VERY unprofessional for not responding back to me. I called and left several messages on her phone and cell. I even emailed her. But no response. On 10/3/14, I contacted [redacted] from [redacted]. He stated: "I can confirm that according to the systems available to me, it does not appear that eDisability Quotes was ever a [redacted] syndicate, registered broker or coverholder. There are, however, other intermediaries (i.e. not coverholders or registered brokers) which could place business with syndicates at [redacted] and at this time, I am unable to confirm categorically whether eDisability Quotes has previously 'produced business' which has been underwritten by syndicate(s) at [redacted]'s.I believe I was scam by eDisiabilty Quotes and Peterson International. I also filed a complaint against them (case #[redacted])Desired Settlement: I want my LTD policy to go through. I already was approved and still have the application for it.
