Review: On June [redacted] I purchased a USB repair/replacement service for 35 dollars for a Samsung Galaxy S3 L710 smart phone from edigitalny.com. I shipped it off the same day. The turn around time stated on the site was 1 to 3 days. To date, I still have not received my phone. As per the USPS tracking number of [redacted], the phone was delivered on June [redacted]. I waited a few days and then began calling, texting, and emailing the company. All communication attempts have been ignored. I found the merchant on [redacted] and contacted [redacted] to investigate them there. They have recent negative reviews pertaining to a long turn around time and not shipping customers' phones back. I found another similar complaint for this same business on Revdex.com.com. This merchant is doing the same thing to multiple customers and he needs to start doing business right or be put out of business.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchant to perform the repair in a timely manner that he was paid for, and communication along the way as to the status of said repair.

Review: hi,I bought a Samsung galaxy S3 charging port repair service on 01/14 from eDigitalNY through ebay (item [redacted]). I have sent the phone S3 lph-710 as they instructed. ON USPS shows as delivered (tracking [redacted]) but they claims as phone was stolen from PO BOX.They promise me just they will provide me a letter from post office that proof that phone was lost/stolen, no other reimbursment.They didn't even announce police , they just talk to po manager. I suspect somebody from inside company or post office stolen (if happened!!) . I don't know where is thst ebay seller protection, too!!! since they say services are not coverered..they know to take a lot of fees but when comes your right you are not covered....Desired Settlement: I am requesting a replacement for the phone or reimnbursment ( service paid, shipping, phone at market value for a sph-l710 in very good condition)Still hope that somebody will help me![redacted]
