Review: On August 18 I placed an order with Edible Arrangements for a product to be delivered to my mother on August 26. The product was a birthday present, as indicated by the mylar balloon that accompanied the order and the gift card. Today, August 26, I called the customer service number for Edible Arrangements. They directed me to the store, #[redacted]. I contacted the store and they indicated that the order was in process and would be delivered by 8:00. At 8:30 the order still had not arrived. Online tracking information indicated the order had not even been filled. Needless to say, my 71 year old mother's birthday has been ruined and I am in North Carolina and unable to make it right. This is also the first year she has been without my father who died last September. This company is a disgrace and has created a great disappointment for my family at a particularly challenging time.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I am hopeful that this complaint will be filed formally with a consumer protection agency to prevent other families from experiencing this same disappointment.
