Review: I ordered Mothers Day Bouquet Special for Mothers Day delivery. The order was placed in advance for Sunday (mothers Day) to a Business address. The deliver was never made. The store states that the deliver was made after 7:00 pm due to holiday. I filled a compliant with the Edible Arrangements but they could not give a refund since the delivery was attempted but the delivery store was closed when the attempt was made. According to the Edible Arrangements delivery policy: For business deliveries: At the location, the delivery person may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or receptionist with specific instructions to refrigerate immediately. Edible Arrangements is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. We advise that same day business deliveries are placed before 3:00 PM. The servicing store may contact you to reschedule same-day orders placed after 3:00 PM. If the business is closed, delivery will be attempted the next business day. NOTE: Business deliveries may happen as late as 5:00 PM. According to their policy, 5:00 pm is the latest delivery time. They violated their own policy and refuse to refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of amount paid
