Edible Arrangements 1270 & 480

back on 2/14 I placed 3 orders with edible arrangements, one of them was not delivered due to the person not being at the address where the item needed to be delivered. I called them and spoke to a person in the morning on 2/16 and told them that I needed to cancel order and they agreed, but the afternoon on the same day another person called me and said that no they could not cancel it that they had talked to a supervisor and they could not do it but I was told otherwise. I let it go and I told them that I would dispute the charge with my bank which I have not done yet but if this does not get resolved then I will have to dispute. I called them back a few days ago and asked if they could do anything for me I was willing to pick up the order if they made it again but at the time when I placed the order I paid $20 for delivery and they did not want to refund or give me something that was of equal price to what I paid when I placed the order they could only give me something that equaled the amount of the item and they did not want to deliver again. what I'm asking for is a full refund of what I paid on 2/14 or an item that is of equal value of what I paid. The service that I got from the people over the phone was not the best so a full refund will be better but if that cannot be done, I guess I'll take another item.
