Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I did as I indicated contact them many time via the customer service options available on their website, I feel their website customer service has no resource for the customer to contact them directly. Only through automated links which clearly are not working, they should investigate their customer satisfaction on the internet when I did I found many people complaining of similar issues.
Regards,

Review: I have a valid account with this service and have sent multiple requests to have my password information emailed to me. I have been unsuccessful at contacting anyone at the site, and have been unable to use the services I paid for.Desired Settlement: I am a repeat customer and enjoy the content of the site. I'd like to have a month added to my subscription and access to the site.

Response:
Customer did not receive her password probably because the auto-reply (of "forgot password?" e-mail) was blocked or filtered to the spam folder by the customer's e-mail service provider. We manually sent an e-mail to the customer with her login information. We will also mail a copy of that e-mail to the customer. In addition, we extended the customer's subscription by one month to May 2014.
