Review: while visiting I stayed at the Edgewood Motel, where The [redacted] refused too extend my stay for no other reason than he didnt feel like it. I explained I was from out of state visiting and my ride to the airport wouldn't be able there until 5pm. I had paid to have the room until 3pm already. Instead he denied me and had the police tell me to go to the burger king down the street and wait for my ride. this incident happened about 12:30 pm. I had to take my family (fiance,and Two sons) into the cold and feel homeless until 5pm. The way he handled my situation left me to believe he's handled others like this before. I asked for his for corporate, or anyone else that I could speak with and he refused that info as well. When the officer arrived they advised me that I was in a heavy drug infested area. so with that being said why is it still open. please helpDesired Settlement: my refund of $210.00
