I hired this company to redo my pool plaster with pebbletech, and repair the cool decking around my pool and on my patio They took have of the fee upfront, came and did the demo work, left the mess and have not returned in two weeks As well, they will not answer the phone or return my calls

For those who doubt me...your more than welcome to see the job Edgewater did on my pool. Very poor workmanship. We had a pool ‘remodel’. Every time I turned around, [redacted] was there with his hand out for money. The concrete in the pool area is so rough if ruins my wife’s bathing suits. The forms for the decking around part of the pool isn't even, very sloppy. There was debris in the jacuzzi manifold as in concrete, plaster, pieces of PVC which were blocking the jets. [redacted] always had an excuse that it wasn't his fault...it surely wasn't mine. [redacted] said 45 days - its was ‘over’ 5 months. Im sure he will rebut my words. I say this to you...come on over, Ill show you the problems

I warned the customer that the concrete water feature needed to be re coated in concrete before we paint. The existing concrete was decomposing(crumbling) away.He just wanted to clean it up for renters. My responce to his complaint is that the paint did not flake off,the concrete underneath 3/4" came...
out.I told him this was not a warranty issue as we were hired to paint only.I will touch up the paint in those areas at no cost to him,but the decomposingWill continue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
