Edge Union Station

My daughter has been living at Edge Union Station for six months and it has been nothing but aggravation, broken promises, inattention to complaints and absolutely nothing but the run around. Despite promises for one thing or another, they NEVER deliver. Case-in-point...we were promised one space and then given another. When called out on it, they said they couldn't show another space without permission yet constantly bring new tenants through her space to show them without asking anyone. Despite call after call to talk to someone for resolution, we are unable to get anyone on the phone and when we finally do, they have no answers, will not even give us the name of supervisor to contact. They are rude, disrespectful and seem incapable of handling anything asked of them. We gave notice on March 4th she is moving out at the end of the month and they refuse to acknowledge in writing that we gave sufficient notice and have not returned phone calls since March 4th. These people should not be in business.
