[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There was never a fully executed contract between edge point and myselfI have emails in addition to phone conversations where they said they would not proceed to act on my behalf until they receive the original notarized document in the mailThey called me within a few days looking for the document and at that time I cancelled and told them that I had not sent the document and would notThis was because of negative reviews I had been reading about them on the internetAnd also because the story changed and the information they gave me about where this alleged money was located was inconsistent and conflicted earlier statementsI never had a fully executed contract with each pointI have not been contacted by any Massachusetts attorney in regards to edge pointI have endured negative reviews for my real estate business from edge point contracting which is not located in the state of MassachusettsThese reviews also negatively impact my brokerEven if I owed this company a fee to leave negative inaccurate reviews is not professionalNeither is constant harassment and attempt to get me to pay a debtI have suffered losses in business because of negative reviews from Edge Point Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:Please note that I've retained counsel located in MA. We will be filing suit against *** ***. We've spent ample time calculating huge losses in which this client has caused us and it takes time to put this all together prior to the legal suit. Our firm has received an executed fee agreement and even and Power of Attorney. We have massive archive on this client which consist of fraud and slander. Please note that the client called our office canceling the contract after our firm had acted. Our firm located an ancient refund due from by City of Springfield, MA and has the refund sent to the client per the agreement. When we forwarded the invoice for our service the client stated that she would pay us a few hundred dollars worth of her *** account money instead of honoring the contract. Between interest, penalties, legal fees and substantial damages due to slander online about our firm this client owes many thousands of dollars. Our firm is open and willing to communicate one one one with the Revdex.com in the meantime and we will even provide additional documentation regarding this case. Once again we are dealing with irrational client who has violated the agreement in which she signed to include a POA which was supplied to the government which again prompted the release of an ancient refund. Edge Point has done nothing wrong and will certainly be pursuing the client for far more that what was originally owed. I never had a fully executed contract with each point. I have not been contacted by any Massachusetts attorney in regards to edge point. I have endured negative reviews for my real estate business from edge point contracting which is not located in the state of Massachusetts. These reviews also negatively impact my broker. Even if I owed this company a fee to leave negative inaccurate reviews is not professional. Neither is constant harassment and attempt to get me to pay a debt. I have suffered losses in business because of negative False reviews from Edge Point.

Please note that the woman who is making the complaint is an irrational crook who did in fact execute a legal binding agreement(s).   For the record this client was forwarded a letter from my lawyer in effort to collect on a debt owed.  My firm has ample factual evidence,....

recorded conversation and every piece of correspondence since between my firm and the debtor.   As of todays date my firm has not been paid its fee, this client has verbally and in writing admitted to committing fraud and stated that the fee she owed us went towards charity.   Edge Point is more than willing to share all factual evidence with the Revdex.com and we want the Revdex.com to know that we are pursuing this debtor with all legal means.  We've attached quite a bit of concrete evidence and my lawyer has much more evidence on file if needed.
