They gave me an inadequate quote to repair my HVAC unit, the cost was $1074.00, the part that needed replaced was not even broken and stated I would have to wait 10 days for a new part to come in they also wanted to charge $78.00 for the completed a survey on the unit and did not even do it, they just wrote down a part and cost. I had another contractor reviewed their quote and recommendation, it was actually a $75.00 fix not a $1074.00 fix. The concern and fear that I had is that they would have replaced the parts that did not need replaced and when they discovered the real part that needed replaced they would have done that as well and charged me an additional fees. I have copies of both contractors quotes and surveys and I do not trust a company that would be so misleading.
