Review: I [redacted] was diagnosed last July 2014 with [redacted] and I was unable to exercise I sent a Drs note stating I was unable to exerciseafter one month I went back to the Drs. at which time I was then diagnosed with [redacted] and still unable to exercise I then had to have hand surgery which laid me up for three months I once again sent a letter to the edge stating the fact that I was no longer able to exercise due to all my compilcations and needed to cancel my contract. I never heard a word from them until today when they stated my account went into collections. I was told that if I sent a Drs. note stating why I could no longer be a member I would be cleared.Desired Settlement: I want them to cancel collections as I followed there requirements and never notified.

Review: To whom it may concern I don't appreciate when a business like The Edge come to my workplace, while I'm working, soliciting business for themselves,when I refused because I was at work The Edge employee said they would come back they said If I sign up I can cancel after the first month,with no trouble, but One month passed,and they said I signed for a membership contract for 2 years I want to cancel the membership contract now, but they only gave me 2 options to cancel such as, an address change, or a permanent disability discharge.Not to mention they never gave me a copy of the paperwork when I signed. I want to file a complaint against The Edge for misleading me and other patrons of the Edge who feel trapped in a membership. Is there another way out of this "contract" ?Desired Settlement: I don't want to be apart of this membership contract anymore
