Review: My kitchen was remodeled by Elegant Design and Build but the electrical and gas did not pass county inspection. The electrical issues were fixed over a month ago but the inspectors have not been scheduled to return. [redacted] the owner said he would address the gas issues with the county and we have yet to hear back from him.Desired Settlement: That the company arrange for our job to pass the inspections.

I am rejecting this response because: I still have the texts in my phone and records of my calls in my phone as proof. They have resolved the issues and the inspections are complete, but I have issues with their statement that I did not contact them in the same manner as I had in the past.
