Eden Rose Lashes

This online company has preyed on vulnerable Instagram users with ideas of becoming someone to promote their business by advertising promotions for their products (false eyelashes). I fell victim to their scams in hopes of purchasing what I believed would be a quality product. I placed my order on ***. I purchased three pairs of eyelashes based off of a promotion they were running via an Instagram account. Since then, I have contacted the company on numerous occasions to try to find out the status of my order. I have exchanged 14 emails with the company. However, in every email that I have received, I was only met with empty sympathies and no solution. Since I became more persistent, the company began ignoring my emails. I never received any information on my order except that it was "lost in the mail". I read about other makeup enthusiasts also having issues with Eden Rose Lashes being fraudulent and unresponsive. A company that is aiming to expand its presence online, I would have hoped that they would be more responsive and better equipped to handle customer service inquiries. I am upset that the product I was expecting, which looked and sounded good, is not available like it is advertised and is backed by a company that does not deliver their products or has adequate customer service.
