Hello [redacted]: The following is statement of the events as they occurred. 2/5/17 - Customer informed of the estimated shipping date for original order would be 2/10/17. 2/10/17 - Customer called to be scheduled for install and left message 2/13/17 - Customer contacted and...
scheduled for 2/15/17 for install. 3/1/17 - Customer requests service for shade issue. Scheduled for 3/7/17 with a technician. Customer was unhappy with the shade size and how it was too close to a stair. 3/3/17 - Customer Service Report turned in for remake on shade. 3/8/17 & 3/10/17 - Courtesy call to customer left message about needing to come back to re-measure. 3/10/17 - Received customer's request for Eddie Z's guarantee. 3/14/14 - Made contact with customer and scheduled another appointment for 3/17/17. 4/17/17 - Manager made contact with customer. We sent a different installer to measure. 4/18/17 - Courtesy call to customer to let him know that the shade was being remade and was ordered. 4/28/17 - Called customer to schedule new install. 5/2/17 - New product installed and customer expressed that he was very happy.
