years ago I purchased blinds from Eddie Z'sThey were very heavy and the strings broke on both blindsCalled Downers Grove, IL location To have a man come out just to look at them cost $ Lady said to bring them in and the charge for each blind would be $a piece plus they wouldn't be returned for monthsWe are seniors so it wasn't easy but we manage to take them down and bring them to Eddie Z'sThey refused to take them due to "water" damageI left the window open and it rained and made rain spots on one of the blinds- that was the damageThe blinds cost us over $on sale for bothThey are now garbageAlso I have similar blinds in my family room that are years old and have never needed repairsWe will NEVER use Eddie z's again
