I eventually contacted the BBB but did not have much luck there either. I then called my credit card company and issued a dispute. I received my funds back from my credit card company, not EDByEllen.
Many others have issued similar complaints. This business is not credible and I would not recommend buying anything there. I do not understand how they are still in business.
I received a pair of boots my daughter purchase for me on the online website.( ***) The boots were a size to large. I followed the instruction given on the packing slip in order to get approval to return the merchandise for an exchange. The merchandise was shipped to the warehouse September , 2019.Based on the tracking # we were made aware that the merchandise was received September ,2019.I have not received the exchange nor has the account been credited for the cost of the boots. We have sent numerous emails and although we have received a response we have yet to receive the merchandise. Our attempt to solve this matter have been ignored.

Ordered 2 items, only one arrived. NO replies to emails sent so I finally called and the recording said to email the company. This place is a scam. Bummer. The real Ellen Degeneris needs to know about this.
I placed an order with EDbyellen on 11/24/17 and purchased 4 items. On 12/12/17 2 of the items were delivered to my house but 2 items were missing. I attempted to contact the company via phone at least a dozen times - I reached a recorded message and then a message stating "message quota exceeded" and my call would get dropped. As of this week the company has removed the phone number from their site and are not accepting any calls - the recorded message redirects customers to send an email. I have sent 3 emails regarding the missing items in my order and have not received any response. I have also attempted to contact the "sister company" (***) and have also not been able to get anyone to call or email me with any support or help.

I placed an order on December ***. It clearly stated 8-10 business days. Today is December ***... This was going to be a Christmas present that's why I ordered so early. I have yet to receive my order though I have been charged. Had I known I would not have my order by Christmas I would have gladly paid extra for faster shipping, but clearly there is NO COMMUNICATION with this company. I emailed several times to try to see if I would have my package in time. Still no answer or explanation or attempt to make this right. Now I am having to go out and make another purchase since this item will not be delivered in time. I am very UPSET at the INCONVENIENCE this company has put me in.
I ordered a Be Kind to Elephants t-shirt on November , it took a month to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong size. Nobody answers the phone, email, messages on social media or Tweets. I want a refund!
