He left tools all over my home since September when he started He said would out days when he was really out days I don't want him to finish my work No confidence in him He was supposed to work on the ceiling fan, kitchen, bedrooms All he did was put a board down on the deck and painted it I would like some of my money back and some of the materials from the house (frame), sink

I have tried calling Ms*** on several occasionsShe fails to answer my phone callsI have had the products to finish her projects for weeks but she has not been cooperativeShe has a habit of sleeping in and not being home and I am 30 miles away from herI would like to set up a schedule we both can live with to get this resolved this weekI will call a few more times today to try to get a hold of her

I have had the bathroom fixed because I could not continue to allow my water to run and have my bathroom unavailableI am willing to allow him to finish the rest of the work but I do not wish to pay anything else for it to be completed

response because:He has sent me two letters and still does nothing for me.  My home has been torn up since September 2017.  He will not return to complete the work.  He has kept his tools here and he can come and pick them up and give me my money back.

He left tools all over my home since September 28 when he started.  He said would out 3 days when he was really out 7 days.  I don't want him to finish my work.  No confidence in him.  He was supposed to work on the ceiling fan, kitchen, bedrooms.  All he did was put a board down on the deck and painted it.  I would like some of my money back and some of the materials from the house (frame), sink.
