Review: I bought an item for my daughter for Christmas through Storenvy online, which Ed Productions is a Franchisee for. My item was billed and being shipped by Ed Productions. I ordered it on Dec 2nd. My Invoice from Ed Productions states "Awaiting Shipping" after over 3 weeks from being ordered and item does not say Out of Stock. The product never arrived and my account was billed. I have bank receipt of payment. I have tried contacting Ed Productions through the main Storenvy website as well as their own for a couple of weeks now and have gotten no reply. They leave no other way to contact them other than email and I see nowhere I can request cancel of order and be refunded. I feel at this point in time, that I will never see either. The amount of the gift was under $20 but paid shipping as well. It is not the money issue, it is the issue of not receiving a product and being ignored upon requests to resolve. These are unfair and immoral business practices.Desired Settlement: At this point, I have ordered the product from another company and would simply appreciate to be refunded for both the product cost and the shipping and I will no longer do business with them again.
