I paid in full for there family plan $218.00 my membership is valid until 2/2014. I called to get a refund and they won't give me one. They don't have coverage in Georgia and I am moving there. I paid in full and I should get a refund for the months I cannot use the service. They want me to pay an additional carge to transfer to someone else in Georgia. I already paid them, I shouldn't have to keep paying for no coverage.
