Took our Cadillac Escalade in for service on an intermittent electrical problem JoEllen was our service adviser and was the absolute worst Communication - she told me no less than times during the service that she would call at a defined time Each time she failed to call as promised Call the office and they have no idea whether she is in or out Service - days to look at my truck and at the end they only spent hours on it and failed to find a problem I took the vehicle home and had the problem occur the next day I have purchased an Escalade and brought my vehicle in for service twice and each experience has been poor at best I will not go back to Ed Morse or ever use JoEllen as a service adviser I gave them a star because isn't an option

Communication - she told me no less than 3 times during the service that she would call at a defined time. Each time she failed to call as promised. Call the office and they have no idea whether she is in or out. Service - 3 days to look at my truck and at the end they only spent 2 hours on it and failed to find a problem. I took the vehicle home and had the problem occur the next day.

I have purchased an Escalade and brought my vehicle in for service twice and each experience has been poor at best. I will not go back to Ed Morse or ever use JoEllen as a service adviser.
