Our company has been in business over 50 yrs and this is one of the most bizarre complaints we've ever had. We agreed on a price to clean the pool tile and epoxy coat the pool, yet in the middle of the project we were told by the customer that...

their loan did not go through (keep in mind they already told us they had the funds)and they weren't sure when they would receive any funds. This Epoxy is a one-coat-product, but I happen to use two coats, so the claim we ran out of product is mute. The client's were pleased when we were finished, yet I was never paid my final $600. I did, indeed, see a few problem areas which I agreed to correct, yet before I could do so the client went on my Facebook page and libeled me. In conclusion I'm still owed $600 and an apology, because I was never given the chance to fix any problems, nor was I properly paid, was slandered, and had to fight to get the money I received. Libelous behavior is something employers take very seriously. One more thing: we've never had anyone decline having minor problems fixed. None of this makes any sense, and that coating has to be stated a certain way, and I was denied that. I do the best I can, but when one complains and has no money it's kind of a no brainier.
