E.C.W.D Windows & Doors

This company is a fraud and has scammed many people including my dad. Back in May of 2012, my dad came to these people to get his windows replaced. The job was completed and he paid them in full the amount of $4,350.00. Months later, he received a letter from an attorney representing a company call Milgard which is the manufacturer for the windows that were put into my dad's home. The letter stated that if my dad doesn't pay Milgard a total amount of $2,057.38, they will put a Mechanics Lien on his home. Apparently, Elite Custom Windows & Doors never paid them.
My dad went back to Elite Custom Windows & Doors and the company was completely shut down. He met several other people outside their door who were in the same situation.
Now, October, we are still trying figure out a way to help me dad fix this problem as Milgard has put a Lien on his home.
Elite Custom Windows & Doors is a bunch of scammers and fraud and need to pay for what they've done to my dad as well as many others/ I,m surprised they can sleep at night!
