Review: This is in regards to ecrater order# [redacted]. This was for an [redacted] Simplicity ½" X 80.25" Hydro Belt. I ordered the belt on 6/6/14 and paid for it at the same time. The money came out of my bank account on 9/8/14. I have never received the order. The max shipping duration for this item was about a week ago. I have made several attempts to contact the seller and ecrater about this with no response. Ecrater has no telephone number to call them at that I can find. I filed 2 formal complaints on the ecrater website against the seller with no response from anyone. So in summary, I ordered & paid for a product I haven't receive and I am getting no response from ecrater.Desired Settlement: I either want to get the hydro belt I ordered from ecrater ASAP or know that I can get my money refunded so I can get a belt from someone else. My lawnmower is broken until I can get a replacement belt and I'm paying someone to mow my lawn.

We reached the merchant and requested and order status.
In the same time if you paid through your PayPal account we would recommend filing a claim with PayPal. This will accelerate the process and the merchant will be additionally pressed to respond to the PayPal claim.
If you are not registered with PayPal and you paid with your credit/debit card, please file a dispute with your credit card company. They will debit PayPal and Paypal will work on them on resolving the dispute.

Review: I recently purchased something from ecrater.com and never recieved my product from the seller (the website functions like ebay). I followed their instructions on resolving the issue and probably emailed ecrater.com 3 different times spread out over a month and recieved no response whatsoever. Luckily I paid through [redacted] and they worked with me to get a refund but I never heard anything back from this website. If I had not had a [redacted] account, my money would be lost. Terrible experience.Desired Settlement: Email me back and start to value your customers.

Review: There are both non-delivery issues as well as customer service issues. I placed an order through eCrater.com on August 24, 2014, for a homecoming dress for my daughter. I received an order confirmation via email the same day, but that's where all communication ended. I did not receive any delivery confirmation or any further emails from eCrater.com. When I used their link[redacted] to inquire of the order status on Monday morning, September 8th, I did not receive any response. I would think 24 hours is more than enough time to respond to a customer inquiry. It is now over 48 hours, and still no response. In addition, when I click on the product URL in my order confirmation [redacted] the ecrater page now states "No such product". I believe this "company" is a total scam, which takes people money and provides NO products or services in return.Desired Settlement: I was able to get a refund through [redacted], but I wanted to file this complaint so something can be done about this scam of a business. When I looked up reviews of this company after my bad experience, it appears several customers have had the exact same issue.

Please note that eCRATER is an online marketplace consisted of many merchants. We are sorry for your bad experience with merchant "[redacted]" and encourage you to leave appropriate review. Since this is the first complaint for this merchant, we gave him an official warning for not communicating with his customers. If there are further incidents like this one, the account will be deactivated.
Review: I placed an order for an item ($[redacted]) on 11-7-2014 with seller [redacted] and received a purchase confirmation and receipt. I was also informed at that time that the item would be shipped via [redacted] Ground Service and it would take 2 days to process the order. After some time passed I emailed the seller requesting tracking information and received no response. I have contacted the seller and ecrater multiple times. I receive no response. I do not receive the item I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like either an email verifying the item and its condition was shipped with VALID tracking information or a full refund. If this cannot be done I would like a copy of all records collected and/or retained by ecrater.com pertaining to seller [redacted] that are lawful to provide and a list of any/all records that it is unlawful to provide.

I would like to add that the nature of eCrater.com's response was different when I contacted only eCreater.com versus when I contacted the Revdex.com Service. When only eCrater.com was contacted they did not appear (to me) to take the same actions with the same severity of consequences as they did when the Revdex.com contacted them. I am still extremely cautious of eCrater.com as I believe that the ONLY reason the resolution was reached in this manner is due to the Revdex.com's involvement.
