I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me for the follow reasons.1) I asked for a new transmissionAnd got a used one.2) I paid more money to another company to fix it he found water in my raidior when could have froze when the weather got coldThtransmission was rusted and had used tranny fluid in itThe guy that fixed it has a tranny specialist come and look at it and he said it was from a junk yard and he would have never sold to anyone.3) I was told they back ALL their work with a year mile warranty. I have pictureof of the tranny if neededI would like my money back

months Since the transmission was purchased on April 20, 2016, there is no additional warranty coverage
