I placed an order on 11/19/for one of these rugs, and my credit card was charged immediately (order #XXXXX)Shipping was expected to be 2-weeks and now we are on weeks and the rug has not even been shipped yet, much less arrived hereAfter a couple of calls to customer service I realized they are just order takers and have no idea how to actually resolve any issuesI will never order from this company again
